November 11, 2025

State Rep. Josh Tarskey and Wentworth alumnus Ted Prorok

This Veterans Day, Wentworth Institute of Technology recognizes the dedication and service of all members of our community who have served in the armed forces.

Among them is alumnus Thaddeus "Ted" Prorok (BC '65, AE '66, AAS '72), a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War with the 25th Infantry Division and the 65th Combat Engineer Battalion.

Earlier this year, Prorok was formally recognized for his service during the Massachusetts State House's inaugural Military Appreciation Day. He continues to serve his fellow veterans as the Post Adjutant of the VFW Post 2498 in Needham.
