PUBLIC NOTICE of ONLINE AUCTION for the sale of CHEMUNG COUNTY SURPLUS EQUIPMENT. Bidding starts on November 11th, 2025 and bids close on November 25th, 2025 at approximately 6:00 P.M. Items include HVAC Units, Two Trucks, Eight Old Transit Buses, Six Ice Machines and several miscellaneous Yard Equipment items and more.

Current registered bidders are free, NEW bidders are charged a one-time fee of $10.00 to register their credit card which is required to bid online at AuctionsInternational.com. ONLY online bids at this website will be accepted. A "CHEM25" promotion code can be used for free website registration this month. Successful bidders shall pay a buyer premium over high bid of ten percent (10%) for cash transactions and (12.77%) for credit transactions plus NYS sales tax. All items are sold as-is, where-is. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranty for fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
