Conversations bring focus to major challenges and opportunities facing Tulsa

Mayor Monroe Nichols and City leaders are continuing the Community Conversations series with two final meetings next week. These events give residents an opportunity to discuss some of the most important issues and opportunities facing Tulsa today.

Upcoming Conversations Include:

Housing & Homelessness
When: Monday, Oct. 27, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Where: Herman & Kate Kaiser YMCA, 5400 S. Olympia Ave., Tulsa, OK, 74107
What: Panelists include Emily Hall, the Mayor's Senior Advisor of Homelessness, Gene Bulmash, the Mayor's Senior Advisor of Housing; and Mark Smith, CEO of Housing Solutions

Neighborhood Conditions and Vitality
When: Thursday, Oct. 30, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Where: North Tulsa Dream Center, 200 W. 46th St. N., Tulsa, OK, 74126
What: Panelists include James Wagner, Deputy City Administrator and Director of Planning and Neighborhoods; Sherri Carrier, Director of Tulsa Animal Services; Dr. Jabraan Pasha, the City's Chief Health Officer; and Bill White, Director of Economic Development and Cultural Engagement at the Terence Crutcher Foundation.
