Members of the Parliament and Provincial Assemblies were required to submit to the Election Commission by 31st December, 2025, a copy of Statement of assets and liabilities including assets and liabilities of their spouse(s) and dependent children as on the preceding thirtieth day of June on Form-B which is a mandatory requirement under Section 137 of the Elections Act, 2017.
2. The Members of the Senate, National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, as per detail attached who have not yet complied with afore-stated legal provision, are hereby informed through this Press Release that the Statements of Assets and Liabilities shall be received by 15th January, 2026 during office hours failing which membership of sitting Members shall be suspended on 16th January, 2026 by the Hon'ble Election Commission of Pakistan in accordance with Section 137 (3) of the Elections Act, 2017.
3. Prescribed forms can be downloaded from the ECP's Website i.e. www.ecp.gov.pk.
