Newmark Arranges EnOcean Headquarters Office and Laboratory Lease Weisses Quartier, Munich

Newmark announces the Company has advised EnOcean GmbH in a headquarters lease for more than 1,000 square meters (10,750 square feet) of office and laboratory space at Weisses Quartier, located at St.-Martin-Straße 78 in Munich-Giesing. The property is owned by a joint venture of Allgemeine SÜDBODEN and ESR Europe.

"The lease at Weisses Quartier demonstrates the continued relevance of space concepts that effectively combine office and laboratory functions," said Marcus Lütgering, Country Head, Germany. "Technology-driven companies such as EnOcean require locations that enable specialized and efficient workflows while also offering room for growth."

EnOcean GmbH manufactures maintenance-free wireless switches and sensors that harvest energy from the environment (energy harvesting) and provides sensor-to-cloud solutions for sustainable Internet of Things (IoT) applications, including in office buildings, hotels, airports, schools and universities.

Weisses Quartier is located on a former Siemens site and underwent comprehensive redevelopment in 2025. The property's amenities include a sky garden, bicycle garage and the "Mindgarden" meeting and collaborative work area. Green lease agreements ensure that the property meets today's requirements for sustainable working environments.
