2025 Updated Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) Taxonomy in EDGAR

On December 22, 2025, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (EDGAR) system was upgraded to Release 25.4 and now supports the updated Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) Taxonomy. Please refer to Updated Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) Taxonomy for the change included in this updated version of the FFD taxonomy.
Please see the standard taxonomies page for a complete listing of supported standard taxonomies. The staff strongly encourages companies to use the most recent version of taxonomy releases for their XBRL filings to take advantage of the most up-to-date tags related to new accounting standards, disclosure requirements, and other improvements.
