Particularly noisy blasting work will continue on Kyytitie near Kesko's warehouse at the end of April

From Kanervantie towards Old Porvoo Road, near Kesko's warehouse, groundwork is being carried out for the future tram line and work to relocate a gas pipeline is underway. The particularly noisy blasting work previously carried out in the area will continue at the end of April, as additional rock formations have been discovered.
The noisy blasting work will begin during the last week of April and will continue until the end of June. During this period, noisy work will be carried out for an estimated total of approximately 40 working days, on weekdays from 7:00 to 18:00.
The area where particularly noisy work is being carried out is marked in brown on the map below.
If particularly disturbing noise is heard indoors in nearby properties, hearing protection can be collected from a mailbox located north of Porttipuisto, marked with the Vantaa Light Rail logo.
