Perris Announces 12th Annual Health Fair

City of Perris Announces 12th Annual Health Fair & 5K Color Fun Run

PERRIS, Calif. (April 6, 2026) - The City of Perris is proud to invite residents and families to the 12th Annual Health Fair & 5K Color Fun Run, taking place Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the City Hall Campus, located at 101 North D Street. The event is hosted in partnership with Perris Elementary School District and Perris Union High School District.

This free, family-friendly event brings the community together to promote health and wellness through a variety of engaging activities and resources. Attendees can enjoy free health screenings, interactive booths, prize giveaways, a Creative Arts Zone, and a dedicated Kids Corner designed to keep younger participants entertained throughout the morning. A highlight of the event is the 5K Color Fun Run, where participants of all ages can walk, jog, or run through a colorful course that celebrates fitness in a fun and energetic way.

"This annual event continues to be a great opportunity for our community to come together and prioritize their health while enjoying a fun and active environment," said Mayor Michael M. Vargas. "We encourage residents of all ages to join us for a morning focused on wellness, connection, and community spirit."

Race-day activities will begin with check-in and registration at 6:30 a.m., followed by the close of registration at 7:30 a.m. The Tot Trot for children ages 5 and under will begin at 7:45 a.m., with the 5K Color Fun Run kicking off at 8:00 a.m. Registration for the run is available for $5 through online pre-registration and $10 for walk-up registration on the day of the event.

The City of Perris extends its appreciation to this year's event sponsors for their generous support, including IDI Logistics, Aleshire & Wynder, NPG Asphalt, CR&R Environmental Services, Rapid Care, Sizzler, and Food 4 Less. Their contributions play an important role in making this community-focused event possible and accessible to residents of all ages.

Local organizations and vendors are also invited to participate in the Health Fair. Registration for both the Color Fun Run and vendor booths is available through the City's CivicRec portal.
