Traffic Alert: Lane Closure on South Front Street

Memphis Light, Gas and Water will be installing a new natural gas main on South Front Street. Work will begin Wednesday, January 21, and continue through Friday, February 6, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.South Front Street will be closed to traffic between Union Avenue and Monroe Avenue during work hours. Traffic control signs and barricades will be in place. Motorists are advised to use caution in the area or find alternate routes.MLGW will provide updates if the schedule changes.
