NJDOH Emphasizes Commitment to Rigorous Assessment of Public Health Concerns in Keyport, NJ

The Department (NJDOH) is committed to conducting a thorough, science-based, and transparent assessment of the potential health impacts of the site in Keyport. As we await environmental sampling data, NJDOH has continued to engage in conversations with concerned residents and encourages anyone with questions to continue to reach out to us as this investigation continues.

We recognize the fears and questions that residents and families in the Keyport community are experiencing and take those concerns very seriously. For anyone who has been affected by cancer or who is worried about their own or a loved one's health, uncertainty about what may be causing illness can be especially distressing.

We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.
