FY26 Resurfacing

E. Oakland Ave, west of Prospect through Hershey

• A final inspection has been completed and clean-up will be scheduled

Prospect Rd, Oakland to Empire

• A final inspection has been completed and clean-up will be scheduled

E. Washington St, Veterans through Hershey

• A final inspection has been completed and clean-up will be scheduled

FY27 Resurfacing

Eastland Dr, Fairway to Hershey

Stage 1: Veterans to Hershey

• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been completed
• Installation of the pavement striping has been completed

Stage 2: Fairway to Veterans

• Installation of the asphalt surface course has been completed
• Installation of the pavement striping has been tentatively scheduled

Four Seasons Rd, north of Oakland through the cul-de-sac

• Installation of the asphalt surface has been completed
• Completion of the pavement striping has been rescheduled

St. Joseph Dr, Washington to Eastland

• Installation of the asphalt surface has been completed
• Installation of the pavement striping has been completed

N. Hershey Rd, north of Lamon through Jumer

Stage 1: Jumer to Rainbow (concrete pavement)

• The limits and layout of the work zone have been completed
• Underground utility (JULIE) locations have been requested
• Installation and adjustment of the traffic control devices is in progress
• Removal and replacement of the underground utility work has been completed
• Removal and replacement of the concrete items (curb and gutter) is in progress
• Removal of the underground utility castings (manholes and water valves) has been completed from Jumer to Rainbow
• Removal (milling) of the concrete surface from Jumer to north of Rainbow has been completed
• Removal and replacement of the concrete patches has been completed
• Joint/crack repairs have been scheduled for the week of October 26
• Installation of the asphalt sand binder mix has been tentatively scheduled for the week of October 26

Stage 2: Rainbow to Lamon (asphalt pavement)

• The limits and layout of the work zone have been completed
• Underground utility (JULIE) locations have been requested
• Resurfacing of this section of Hershey has been temporarily suspended until Spring 2027
