Flags Flown at Half-Staff in Honor of Former Vice President Cheney

The flags outside Palo Alto City Hall, the Municipal Service Center, and all City buildings and fire stations are being flown at half-staff honoring the memory of former Vice President Richard "Dick" Cheney.
According to protocol, flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on the date of internment.
