Suspects in Injury Shooting Arrested; Firearm Recovered

Two suspects were arrested following an injury shooting in the Hazelwood Neighborhood.

On Monday, December 29, 2025, at 10:53 p.m., East Precinct Officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 9700 Block of Northeast Giisan Street. Officers located a victim, a 51-year-old male. He was transported to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
After a preliminary investigation, officers were able to locate the suspects and they were taken into custody without incident.
Alejandro Mandujano, 18, was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree, Assault in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of a Firearm. The second suspect, a juvenile, was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center on Assault in the Third Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. A firearm was recovered.
The Enhanced Community Safety Team (ECST) is continuing this investigation.
