6:00 PM Mayor Parker to Join Lincoln University Homecoming Kickoff Celebration
This year's celebration for Mayor Parker's alma mater, Lincoln University, will mark another monumental milestone for America's first continuous Black college: The Lincolnian, one of the nation's oldest student newspapers, will celebrate its 100th anniversary. Mayor Parker will give brief remarks highlighting Lincoln's significance to her education and development of becoming Philadelphia's 100th mayor.
