Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners in its investment and strategic partnership with One Way Property Restoration, a provider of 24/7 emergency mitigation and restoration services for water and fire damage, mold remediation, reconstruction, and carpet cleaning services. The transaction was completed through Centex Construction, a leading provider of renovation, restoration, and maintenance services.
The partnership will bring enhanced development and expansion for both entities - including additional services to offer customers and a broadened geographic footprint.
