Wayne Bank Announces Main Office Promotions

Honesdale, PA- Jim Donnelly, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, is pleased to announce the promotions of Amanda Miller, Gary Steich, Cody Shauger, and Brittney Romance of the Bank's corporate location, Main Street Honesdale.

Amanda Miller, promoted to Senior Credit Analyst, joined Wayne Bank in 2002 and has contributed across multiple departments over the years. Her deep institutional knowledge, technical expertise, and consistent contributions make her an invaluable part of Credit Administration. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with a minor in information technology from Mansfield University and has over 20 years of banking experience.

Gary Steich, promoted to Retail Collections Manager, joined Wayne Bank in 2016 and has excelled in the Bank's Collections Department. His leadership, professionalism, and ability to balance performance with customer care continue to move the department forward. Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Business from Wilkes University.

Cody Shauger, promoted to Bank Officer and Main Street Assistant Community Office Manager, joined Wayne Bank in 2024 as a Teller and has advanced rapidly through multiple promotions. His enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to excellence have made him a valued leader in the Bank's Main Street office.

Brittney Romance, promoted to Bank Officer and Consumer Loan Officer, joined Wayne Bank in 2019 and has earned multiple promotions through her strong work ethic, customer focus, and willingness to grow. Her progression is a true example of the Bank's Every Day Better ™ values in action.
