RECAP: Mastermind @ The Masters

We brought together athletes, investors, and operators for a high-impact evening centered on one theme: what it looks like to win beyond the game.

The first panel, "Beyond the Jersey: Winning in Business, Life & Legacy," featured a powerful lineup including David Meltzer (Chairman of the Napoleon Hill Institute), Hannibal Navies (NFL vet, podcast host, and philanthropist), Kenny Stoddart (Executive Coach and Founder of IronMind Advisors), Jed Zayner (MLS vet, performance engineer, and speaker), a TPI panelist, and Jon Najarian (NFL vet and Co-Founder of Market Rebellion). The conversation explored identity beyond sport, long-term legacy, and what it takes to transition from athlete to operator.

The evening continued with the 2 Minute Drill Pitch Competition, where four founders delivered fast-paced pitches followed by live Q&A. Judges Robert Mackey, TY McGill, and Jon Najarian evaluated each business on clarity, execution, and potential.

Participating companies included WingRiot, Itatu (Christopher Martin), and Chisos (Will Stringer). After a strong set of pitches, WingRiot was named the winner of the competition.

From panel to pitch stage, the night reflected the core of TPI-creating spaces where experience, capital, and opportunity meet.
