Senior Attorney Kwang-Chun Park of Dentons Lee has been appointed as a member of the KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Committee.
The KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Committee is a committee body that reviews and determines the level of penalty points and monetary sanctions in cases where a KOSDAQ-listed company is found to have made an false disclosure.
Dentons Lee expects that, through this appointment, Mr. Park will contribute to the fair and consistent operation of the KOSDAQ disclosure regime and, in doing so, help strengthen trust in Korea's capital markets.
