A More Affordable Nevada Releases New Ad Calling Out Lombardo for Raising Prices, Crushing Business Owners

Today, A More Affordable Nevada, a group backed by the Democratic Governors Association, launched an ad featuring a Las Vegas restaurant owner calling out Joe Lombardo for how he's jacking up costs for small businesses.

The restaurant owner, Kristen, shares how the cost of food, utilities, rent, and health care have all risen under the Lombardo-Trump economy, making it "brutal" to run her business. Lombardo supported Trump's tariffs and even said Nevadans deserve to "feel a little pain" from them, sided with his corporate donors to block a ban on price gouging, and backed legislation that would raise utility prices for working Nevadans.

"Exhausted"

Running a restaurant these days is brutal.

Food costs are up, electric bills are up, rent, health care - it has all gone up.

And Joe Lombardo has only made it worse.

Lombardo supported Trump's tariffs - raising costs on everything from food to gas, protected corporate donors who wanted to block a ban on price gouging, and backed a bill that could raise utility rates across Nevada.
