Court Operations During Federal Government Shutdown
Due to a lapse in funding, the Federal Government has entered a "shutdown" posture. During this lapse in funding the United States District Court and United States Probation Office will remain open, and court operations will continue as scheduled. The Court will issue further guidance regarding excepted activities should the lapse extend beyond October 17, 2025.
