Taft attorneys Tyler Godbehere and Shayna Stuart have been named to AZ Big Media's 50 Emerging Leaders in Arizona Law to Watch for 2026 list, recognizing them as rising stars in the legal industry. The list aims to foster innovation and progress in the field by highlighting attorneys who bring fresh perspectives, drive diversity and address evolving issues in their practices.
Godbehere is a public finance and real estate attorney who leverages his interdisciplinary experience and policy background to structure complex, land-secured infrastructure and development financings for governmental, nonprofit and private entities.
Stuart is a seasoned litigator, who represents clients in a wide range of matters. She has second chaired a jury trial that resulted in a favorable $1.5 million defamation suit and second chaired a successful federal jury trial that resulted in effecting policy changes to better support the needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community in Arizona. Stuart also works on state agency regulatory matters and is heavily involved in Arizona election results litigation.
AZ Big Media, an online publication covering the state's most important business, real estate, and lifestyle news, publishes the 50 Emerging Leaders in Arizona Law to Watch list annually. Attorneys are ranked based on professional ratings, impact on their law firm, contributions to the legal profession, and community involvement.
