The Clackamas Community College Board of Education will be holding a regular meeting and public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, located in Roger Rook Hall, RR 111 A & B (on the Oregon City campus), beginning at 6:00 PM. Here are ways to participate:

Submit written comments to the Board Recorder at [email protected]by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting (Tuesday, June 16, 2026).

Register to provide virtual oral comments by emailing the Board Recorder, Kattie Riggs at [email protected], before noon on the day of the meeting (Wednesday, June 17, 2026).

Attend the meeting in person and register to provide oral comments during the appropriate time at the meeting. To register for in-person oral comments, put your name, contact information, city of residence, affiliation with the college, and subject matter to be discussed on the sign-up sheet inside the main entrance to the meeting. You will need to have registered before the meeting begins at 6 PM, no late registrations will be accepted.
The Board would like to request those in attendance refrain from conduct which is unreasonably loud, disruptive, or profane. Rude, slanderous, or threatening remarks will not be permitted. Whistling, hissing, yelling, feet stomping, clapping, or speaking out of order will also not be acceptable behavior. Anyone doing so may be removed from the Board room.

6:00 PM CCC Board of Education Meeting and Public Hearing for the 2026 - 2027 Budget (Open to the Public)
Clackamas Community College Board of Education meetings are open public meetings. Anyone wishing to speak before the CCC Board at the 6:30 PM regular meeting may come in person and complete the registration sheet prior to the beginning of the meeting. Those wishing to participate virtually and provide public comment must inform the Board Secretary at
[email protected] prior to noon on the day of the meeting. When signing-up to speak the following information will need to be provided first and last name, address, whether the speaker is a student, staff, or community member, and brief describe of the topic. Comments are limited to three minutes. Respectful consideration is expected for all comments. Individual personnel issues/concerns must not be discussed in a general public meetings.
