National Equity Fund Announces Acquisition of National Affordable Housing Trust Portfolio to Support Mutual Investors and Housing for Residents

As of May 15, 2026, National Equity Fund acquired the properties and fund management portfolio of National Affordable Housing Trust (NAHT). This strategic transition will support the long-term stability of more than 165 properties across 29 funds, representing more than 15,000 affordable homes nationwide.
