Observation status of AS 'Amber Latvijas balzams' supplemented with additional reason

Nasdaq Riga Management Board decided on September 1, 2026 to immediately apply an additional reason to the observation status applied to AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" (BAL1R, ISIN:LV0000100808) considering that AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" has failed to submit its interim report for the first six months of 2026 until September 1, 2026.

Therefore the observation status to AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" is also applied in accordance with Nasdaq Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 5, which stipulates that the Issuer shall be placed on observation status if it fails to disclose the information to be disclosed on a regular basis as specified herein in due time and manner.

The observation status applied on February 2, 2026, and May 5, 2026, is still in force.

The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
