Aldine Invests in Capstone Integrated Solutions

Aldine is pleased to announce an investment in Capstone Integrated Solutions ("Capstone") and Retail Process Engineering ("RPE"), collectively, "Capstone Holdco," or the "Company." Capstone is a full-service software and digital services company that focuses on retail and payment processing. RPE is a retail consulting firm that provides expert consulting, managed services, and hardware products. Together, Capstone Holdco represents a platform strategy focused on outsourced digital transformation (i.e., software engineering solutions, consulting services, managed services, etc.) for supply chain technologies across a variety of end markets.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment alongside Conanicut Capital.
