Zoom In On Zoning
The City of Cadillac has started the process of updating its Zoning Ordinance and we want your input! To ensure robust public participation, residents are invited to participate in a series of educational sessions and community surveys designed to gather feedback on key topics.
The first community survey, focused on housing, is now open. We ask that you take a moment and complete this survey to provide city staff, commissioners, and elected officials a better picture of community needs.
The first educational session will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, from 5:00-7:00pm at the Wellfield Training Room; 7241 E 44rd, Cadillac, MI 49601. This session will provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the zoning update process and ask questions.
