Annual MaineHealth Memorial Hospital Golf Tournament Tees Up More Than $50,000 for Scholarship Fund

NORTH CONWAY, NH - Despite a brief interruption from Mother Nature, supporters of MaineHealth Memorial Hospital came together in a big way at this year's annual golf tournament. Their efforts raised more than $50,000 to support the creation of the Mary Vigeant Scholarship Fund for nursing education.

"We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support shown by our golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners," said MaineHealth Memorial Hospital President Tricia G. Costigan. "Their generosity will have a lasting impact on nursing education and help invest in the next generation of healthcare professionals."

The Mary Vigeant Scholarship Fund recognizes the dedicated and continued service of Mary Vigeant, NP to MaineHealth Memorial Hospital patients and care team members. The fund will support high school students in the Mount Washington Valley pursuing higher education in the health care field.

The success of this year's tournament would not have been possible without the enthusiastic participation of our golfers, whose commitment to the event continues to make a difference year after year.
