On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of the Plurinational State of Bolivia on the 199th anniversary of your independence. This milestone is a testament to the enduring spirit and resilience of the Bolivian people.

As we celebrate this historic day, we reflect on the dedication of Bolivians to building a more democratic, just, and inclusive society. The bond between our nations is strengthened by the vibrant Bolivian-American community, which has enriched the cultural fabric of the United States.
