Watch Miranda Lambert's Reaction To Sneak Peek Of 'Honky Tonk Chic' 'One Night Only' Show

Miranda Lambert shared her reaction to the "incredible" musicians joining her on stage at a new venue in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lambert is the first artist ever to headline a show at The Truth, a 4,400-capacity venue in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood of Nashville. The powerhouse singer-songwriter will feature a 12-piece string section as she delivers renditions of career-spanning hits and new tracks from her country-disco record, Crisco, which arrives on Friday (October 2).

"It's sick!" Lambert exclaimed as she shared her reaction to the string section on TikTok. "It's incredible. …'Tequila Does' with strings? Come on!"

"It was magical to hear the way strings can transform a song when we were in the studio creating this record, and I can't wait to bring that to life in an even bigger way with our full setlist," Lambert said in a statement when she announced the sold-out concert. "We've never gotten to play that way on stage, and to have the opportunity to do it for the first time at the opening of a beautiful new venue right here in Nashville is going to be really special."

So far, Lambert has released the title track, "Two Things Can Be True," "Till The Going's Gone," "A Song To Sing" with Chris Stapleton, and "Sunset Marquis" from Crisco. She recently confirmed the opening track, "Snakeskin Boots," is a duet with reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards Best New Country Artist Ella Langley.

Crisco is "a vibrant and joyful collection inspired in part by the long-overlooked connection between country music's dance hall tradition and the energy of disco," according to a previous press release. Lambert said in a statement, "I've always loved every corner of country music. The heartbreak songs, the honky-tonk songs, the songs that make you think and the songs that make you dance.

"Making this record reminded me that those things don't have to be separated," she said. "We followed the songs wherever they wanted to go, trusted our instincts and ended up with something that feels really fun and really honest to who I am."
