The inaugural address will define the Administration's vision for the first year and set the tone for a strong path forward
Mayor Monroe Nichols will deliver his first State of the City address since taking office on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 7 p.m. at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center Chapman Music Hall.
The address will highlight Mayor Nichols' vision for Tulsa while providing updates on the city's priorities, achievements, and challenges. Since taking office in December 2024, Mayor Nichols has focused on reaching functional zero homelessness by 2030, increasing our affordable housing stock by 6,000 units by 2028, improving student and youth outcomes, making Tulsa the safest big city in the country, strengthening partnerships with our tribal nations, and creating more economic development opportunities for the community.

Entrance: Enter from the main lobby on 3rd Street (south side of the PAC)
Parking: The surface parking lot located immediately east of the PAC will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking will also be available throughout downtown.
This State of the City address is hosted by the City of Tulsa and open to the public. The Tulsa Regional Chamber will host its traditional State of the City event with the mayor on November 20, 2025.
