Mark Twain State Park will host 2025 Glamp…

JEFFERSON CITY, MO, SEPT. 18, 2025 - Have you missed going to summer camp since your childhood days? Have you always wanted to experience what summer camp is all about, but never had the chance to go? If you're a woman aged 21 or older, and you answered yes to either of these questions, then Glamp is for you!

Combining nature with modern comfort, Glamp is a unique opportunity for women to practice outdoor skills in a safe and comfortable setting. All sessions are taught by women and are designed to provide the opportunity to learn by doing. All individuals are welcome.

Each event covers a different combination of skills and activities.

Starting Friday, Oct. 17, at 5 p.m. and concluding Sunday, Oct. 19, at 10 a.m., women are invited to participate in activities such as archery and atlatl, needle felting, kayaking, nature journaling, fire starting and much more! Limited to 60 participants, registration is sure to fill up quickly. Cost to attend is $50, which covers lodging, food and all materials needed for the classes.

Glamp will take place at Camp Si Colborn at Mark Twain State Park, 36086 Cabin Road, Stoutsville. Camp Si Colborn features four bunk-style sleeping cabins that can accommodate up to 17 people each.
