The City of Yuma has implemented traffic restrictions at and around the intersection of 4th Avenue and 32nd Street due to a sinkhole near the center of the intersection.

City crews responded immediately and secured the area to protect public safety. Repair work is underway, and traffic control is being evaluated with the goal of maintaining access where safely possible. The repair effort is expected to extend into next week.
