    NORFOLK ST
    Katherine Holbrook, 29, of Cambridge was arrested for Operating Under the Influence - Liquor and other motor vehicle related offenses. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle Holbrook was operating for an observed violation. During the stop Holbrook exhibited multiple signs of impairment.

    Police responded to Brattle St for a person with a firearm. The reporting party claimed they were threatened by an unknown suspect who pointed a firearm at them from inside a vehicle. Suspect then fled.

    Jorge Vicente Garcia Quinones, 19, unhoused with a last known address in Amherst, was placed under arrest at a business on JFK St. for Shoplifting by Concealment and warrants. A store employee reported Quinones had concealed an item and attempted to leave the store without paying. Officers stopped Quinines and discovered two active warrants out of Eastern Hampshire District.

    Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on JFK St. Pedestrian stated they attempted to cross the street outside of the crosswalk and were distracted by their phone. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries.

    Tyrone Lamb, 43, of Allston was placed under arrest at a Central Sq. business for Shoplifting by Asportation - 2nd Offense and Possession of a Class E Substance. A Cambridge resident who was with Lamb will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a Charge of Shoplifting by Asportation. Officers stopped the pair after observing them concealing merchandise inside of a local business and exiting without rendering payment.
