The Blakeley Earns 2024 Top Project Honors

Fresh off being named Roers Companies' 2024 Project of the Year at the internal RoCo Awards, The Blakeley has now earned recognition as one of Finance & Commerce's Top Projects of 2024.
An independent panel of judges assessed projects based on degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.
Located in Shakopee, Minnesota, The Blakeley is a four-story multifamily development offering 205 upscale apartment homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Opened in December 2024, the community features an impressive collection of amenities, including an outdoor pool, pickleball courts, a coworking lounge, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
As both the developer and general contractor, Roers Cos. worked alongside many project partners, including RSP Architects and Loucks. Strong communication and integrated project management helped ensure the project's success. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to The Blakeley's success! Top Projects will be honored at a ceremony on July 17, 2025.
