Lowenstein Sandler represented Qualus Corporation, a leading pure-play power solutions firm and innovator at the forefront of power infrastructure transformation, in its $110 million acquisition of John Wood Group plc's North American Transmission and Distribution engineering business (T&D Engineering Business).

T&D Engineering Business provides comprehensive power engineering services in the areas of substations, transmission, distribution and renewable generation across Canada and the U.S. The acquisition enables Qualus to expand its presence in Canada while adding complementary resources that support the strong demand for power engineering services in the U.S. and Canada.
