Kirkland Advises Windjammer Capital on Acquisition of PDU Cables and EPCO
Kirkland & Ellis represented Windjammer Capital, a national private equity investment firm focused on control equity investments in middle-market businesses, on its definitive agreement to acquire PDU Cables and Engineered Products Company in partnership with management and the Lee Family. Terms of the transaction, which closed in August, were not disclosed.
