Maria João Carioca and João Diogo Marques da Silva appointed co-CEOs of Galp

Galp announces the unanimous decision of its Board of Directors to appoint Maria João Carioca and João Diogo Marques da Silva as co-Chairs of the Executive Committee (CEOs) for the remainder of the current mandate, ending in 2026.

Maria João Carioca and João Diogo Marques da Silva, who have been serving as interim co-CEOs since January 10, 2025, will continue to hold their respective positions as CFO and EVP Commercial.
