Industry-Recognized Health IT Leader Joins DLH

DLH is pleased to welcome Jessica Berrellez as Vice President, Health IT Strategy & Operations, bringing deep executive experience shaping modernization and innovation across FDA and NIHA leader recognized for her expertise in digital transformation, data strategy, and workforce innovation, Jess brings more than 15 years of technology and innovation leadership experience to DLH.

• Career spanning the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the broader Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
• A former Executive Officer at the FDA's Office of Digital Transformation who led enterprise-wide modernization and workforce initiatives impacting thousands of staff and contractors
• Experience supporting NIH leadership in advancing enterprise AI strategy and innovation, demonstrating a deep understanding of emerging technologies and their role in improving public health outcomes.

Jess' leadership in digital modernization and workforce innovation has been recognized by organizations such as FORUM, GovCIO, AFCEA, and others.

In her new role, Jessica will partner with DLH corporate growth leaders to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and innovation across the company's Health IT portfolio. Her leadership will help reinforce DLH's role as a trusted strategic partner to federal health agencies as they navigate modernization, data-driven decision-making, and the responsible adoption of AI.
