VOXX International announces the sale of certain Domestic Accessories Group assets to Established, Inc.

VOXX International Corporation entered into an asset purchase agreement, dated August 2, 2024, to sell certain assets of its Domestic Accessories Group to Established, Inc. The assets include the RCA trademarks and related intellectual property. VOXX Accessories Corp. was to continue operating the business through the transition.

Established is a Crosstimbers platform headquartered in Houston. Crosstimbers first invested in May 2022.
