Honigman announced today that Patrick Johnson joined the firm as its new chief business development & marketing officer. Johnson, who joins Honigman from Cooley LLP, brings more than two decades of experience leading marketing and business development programs across the professional services and legal industries. He will be based in the firm's Chicago Office.

In his role, Johnson will directly contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across Honigman's marketing and business development functions, as well as other high priority firmwide projects. Working closely with the firm's executive leadership team, he will lead initiatives designed to support the firm and its 350+ attorneys in advancing strategic client growth goals and elevating the firm's reputation.

Prior to joining Cooley in 2023, Johnson held marketing and business development roles at McKinsey & Company, McDermott Will & Emery and Baker & Mckenzie. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi.
