Meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China

On 24 July 2026, in Cholpon-Ata, H.E. Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan met with Mr.Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Tajikistan-China cooperation across a broad range of issues on the bilateral agenda. They also exchanged views on further strengthening cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
The foreign ministers also reviewed cooperation within the framework of international and regional organizations, including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
