The securities to be registered hereunder are common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share, of the GraniteShares Autocallable NVDA ETF and GraniteShares Autocallable TSLA ETF each a series of GraniteShares ETF Trust (the "Trust"). An application for the listing of the shares of each series has been filed with and approved by the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. A description of the shares is contained in the relevant Prospectus, which is part of the Registrant's Registration Statement on Form N-1A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (File Nos. 333-214796; 811-23214) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 13, 2026 (Accession No. 0001493152-26-001963).
