JLL adds AI capabilities to ATG Intelligence platform to revolutionize healthcare compliance

CHICAGO, July 22, 2026 - JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced the integration of advanced artificial intelligence capabilities into its ATG Intelligence platform. The purpose-built platform is trusted by hospitals and health systems for life safety management, survey readiness and centralized facility documentation. Enabled by JLL Falcon, this update automates time-consuming, manual regulatory document reviews and is included as part of the Compliance Manager subscription.

Healthcare organizations today face mounting compliance challenges, aging infrastructure and resource constraints. The enhanced ATG platform tackles these operational burdens by automating the entire lifecycle of inspection report analysis. Instead of healthcare facility and engineering teams manually reading long, dense inspection reports, users simply upload their files, and the platform automatically reads, extracts and organizes critical compliance data in seconds.

"Our healthcare clients face pressure to navigate complex regulations while trying to manage costs and deliver exceptional patient care," said Cheryl Carron, COO of Work Dynamics Americas and President of the Healthcare Division, JLL. "Adding advanced AI capabilities to the ATG platform represents a major step forward in our mission to turn compliance management from an administrative burden into a competitive advantage. This technology-enabled approach streamlines workflows and keeps patient care at the heart of daily operational decisions."

Automated data extraction eliminates manual workloads

The system acts as a smart assistant that automatically identifies and extracts critical data fields from reports of any length, leveraging JLL Falcon. These fields include test dates, pass/fail results, equipment types, compliance codes, vendor details and technician names.

Once processed, the structured data syncs back to the Active Visual System (AVS) portal. This automated workflow eliminates the risk of human error, typos and missed details that often occur during manual spreadsheet entries. The technology acts as a critical safety net, automatically flagging empty fields or missing documentation.

Smarter decision-making through a centralized dashboard

The organized findings are presented in JLL's new Compliance Manager Dashboard, a centralized hub that provides real-time, system-wide visibility and helps operators make faster, proactive decisions.

The Compliance Manager Dashboard features a visual calendar view that uses simple "passed" or "failed" indicators to highlight discrepancies between current and previous inspection periods. Additionally, the dashboard instantly flags mismatches and provides side-by-side analyses of historical data against current results to easily identify trends.

"Healthcare systems are often trapped in reactive, frantic survey preparation cycles that produce repeated findings and unplanned capital expenditures," said Carey Sealy, Managing Director of JLL Healthcare's ATG Enterprise Services. "With these new AI capabilities, we are providing our clients with an early warning system. Users can instantly spot compliance gaps, track equipment failures and correct issues before they lead to adverse survey findings, making continuous audit readiness their daily operational standard."
