Prague-Global law firm Dentons has advised CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) on the sale of five office buildings at the Riverside Karlín campus in Prague to Trinity Bank. The transaction, which was completed at a premium to book value, marks CA Immo's full exit from the Czech market.
The portfolio comprises approximately 85,000 sq.m. of gross leasable area across five office buildings: Nile House, Amazon Court, Danube House, Mississippi House and Missouri Park. The properties form an integrated inner-city office campus in Prague's Karlín district. As part of the transaction, the buyer also took over CA Immo's entire Czech team, which will continue to manage the portfolio under the new ownership.
The sale follows CA Immo's earlier disposals of the Visionary and Kavčí Hory office buildings, on which Dentons also advised. The transaction forms part of the company's strategic capital rotation program, which aims to focus its investment portfolio on large, high-quality and modern Class A office properties in prime locations in Berlin and Munich.
Dentons team was led by Markéta Tvrdá, Partner, with David Šutko, Senior Associate, acting as the transactional lawyer. Jiří Stržínek, Partner, served as the relationship partner.Redefining possibilities. Together, everywhere. For more information visit dentons.com
