CALPRIVATE BANK ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF CREDIT OFFICER.

La Jolla, Calif. - August 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Private Bancorp of America, Inc. (PBAM) ("Company"), the parent company of CalPrivate Bank ("Bank") announced the appointment of Andra Frazier as the Bank's new Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Ms. Frazier brings decades of diverse experience working in the banking industry at both regional and community banks to support CalPrivate Bank's strategic growth and credit risk management.
