FTI Consulting Enhances Private Equity Capabilities with Appointment of Two Cybersecurity Experts

Washington, D.C., Oct. 27, 2025 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Keith Swiat and Jenifer Visek as Managing Directors in the Cybersecurity practice within the firm's Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment.

Mr. Swiat and Ms. Visek bring more than 40 years of combined experience in the cybersecurity and technology industry, with particular focus on supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies with pre- and post-deal cybersecurity expertise.

Mr. Swiat, who is based in New York, is a cybersecurity and technology leader for private equity, with more than two decades of experience leading complex investigations, regulatory response efforts and diligence engagements across the private equity deal lifecycle. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will focus on building cyber resilience within portfolio and private equity companies, helping proactively improve security postures.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Swiat was a Director in the Cybersecurity & AI-Enabled Due Diligence practice at a Big Four firm, where he led cyber diligence and forensic reviews, and spearheaded development of AI-driven cyber diligence methodologies to detect risk patterns and evaluate security program maturity. Mr. Swiat also has experience working directly for boutique consulting firms, including as a Cybersecurity Strategy & Resilience Lead, M&A.

Ms. Visek, who is based in Chicago, is a cybersecurity leader who has more than a decade of experience in developing tailored programs for private equity firms designed to streamline the enforcement of baseline cybersecurity standards, create real-time visibility into risk and enable more informed investment decisions. Her expertise includes conducting cyber risk assessments, developing cybersecurity transformation roadmaps, driving risk reduction efforts, leading threat simulations and providing incident response support. In her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Visek will help private equity firms and their portfolio companies preserve value by improving cyber maturity across the portfolio.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Visek was a Vice President at a global consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, digital forensics, e-discovery and investigations. In this role, she spearheaded the development of cybersecurity solutions designed to increase cyber maturity across the portfolio for private equity clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
