Norton Rose Fulbright advises Sirius Real Estate on €300 million revolving credit facility

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Sirius Real Estate on its new €300 million revolving credit facility (RCF) with four lenders: ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, HSBC and Barclays.

Sirius Real Estate, a long-standing client of Norton Rose Fulbright, is a leading property company and owner and operator of branded business and industrial parks, providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany and the UK.

The new RCF replaces and doubles the size of Sirius' existing revolving credit facility. It has an initial three-year term, with two one-year extension options, and includes an accordion feature allowing the facility to be increased by up to an additional €100 million.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by London-based EMEA Head of Real Estate Finance Sarah Cullen, who was supported by senior associate Jessy Makdessi.

Sarah Cullen commented:

"We are delighted to have completed this transaction for Sirius, which has been critical in providing it with greater flexibility to fund acquisitions and manage cash. It also further reflects the depth and strength of our longstanding relationship with the Sirius team."

Norton Rose Fulbright's real estate finance team has years of experience advising all stakeholders across the whole spectrum of real estate transactions. The firm acts for lenders, borrowers, arrangers, issuers and investors and has advised on some of the largest and most complex structured real estate financings in the last decade.
