Request for Proposals – Update the City’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit proposals for qualified consultants to update the City's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan (Plan).

The City anticipates updating the Plan in phases and is seeking proposals that identify strategies for implementing a phased approach. The Plan update shall prioritize evaluation of the public rights of way and ensure City compliance with California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) ADA/Section 504 program requirements as soon as possible. Subsequent phase(s) of the Plan shall revisit City facilities and services and other Plan elements as necessary to ensure compliance with the ADA.
