Breaking Ground in Austin

Portman has acquired and started construction on 2545 Brockton, a 429-unit luxury multifamily community in North Austin. Located within walking distance of The Domain, Q2 Stadium and the Kramer light rail station, the development will offer studio through three-bedroom residences, including 39 units with private rooftop patios, a rooftop pool, outdoor amenity spaces, 6,850 SF of ground-floor retail and enhanced pedestrian connections.

This marks Portman's first mixed-use residential development in Austin and reflects the firm's ongoing expansion across Texas. The project is being developed in partnership with @Generational Commercial Properties, with financing led by @Centerbridge Partners. Delivery is expected in March 2028.
