Colony Bankcorp, Inc. Increases Second Quarter Dividend

FITZGERALD, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/21/06 -- Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBAN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share payable July 14, 2006 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2006. This represents an increase of 14.29 percent over the cash dividend paid of $0.07 per share in the second quarter a year ago and an increase of 3.23 percent over the cash dividend paid of $0.0775 per share last quarter.
